Deeley Insurance Group is looking for positive, team oriented Client Relations Agents to join our energetic team. The Client Relations Agents provide support to our personal, commercial or life and health clients. They serves as a liaison between our clients and our carrier partners. Responsibilities include:
- Presenting insurance products to clients so they can clearly and accurately understand
coverage, risks, costs, options and similar.
- Creating invoice and billing for renewals and endorsements
Communicate with clients on gaps in coverage, additional coverage options and other
lines of business
- Work with our Client Advisors on new business, renewal process and proposals
- Coordinate renewal process including remarketing accounts to carriers, negotiating
terms with carriers, submitting applications, preparing renewal proposals
The ideal candidate will have an Associate or Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years’ experience in commercial, personal or life and health insurance. Appropriate Property and Casualty or Life and Health License required.
