When the program is finalized, homeowners will have the ability to lodge complaints with the state in regards to happenings within the community
The Ombudsman will work with an advisory committee. The committee is still being formed. Directors & Officers policies will cover the cost to defend in an administrative
hearing. Associations, Boards and managers may want to explore having a written complaint resolution process within the association to help avoid administrative
hearings and potential claims.
